FROZEN MEMPHIS MINT JULEP

30 fresh mint leaves
4 teaspoons agave nectar
1⁄2 cup Jack Daniels
2 tablespoons Crown Royal
1 tablespoon water
12 ice cubes
2 long mint sprigs, for garnish

• Chill two pint-size canning jars in the freezer.
• To muddle the mint, combine the mint leaves and agave nectar at the bottom of a cup. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, crush the mint leaves until well pulverized, about 3 minutes.
• Add the Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, and water to the muddled mint and mix well. Transfer the mixture to an upright blender. Add the ice and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
• Divide drink between two glasses and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint so your guests can get a whiff when they have a sip.
